These terms explain the rules for using the Emirates Amazing website (emiratesamazing.com). By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. About the website
Emirates Amazing is an information and discovery guide about places, events, experiences and businesses in the United Arab Emirates. We are not a booking agent, a ticket seller or a travel agency unless a page clearly says so.
2. Information is a guide only
We work to keep information useful and clear, and we show public sources where we have them. Even so, prices, dates, opening hours, menus, availability and other details can change without notice, and some details may be incomplete or out of date. Please confirm important details with the business or organiser before you travel, book or pay. We do not guarantee that information is complete, accurate or current.
3. Using the website
You agree not to:
- use the website in a way that breaks any law;
- copy, scrape or republish a large part of the website without our written permission;
- try to gain access to the admin area, other users' accounts or our systems;
- upload or send anything harmful, misleading, abusive or that you do not have the right to share;
- interfere with the normal working of the website.
4. What you send us
If you send us information, such as a business listing, a correction, an image or a message, you confirm that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. You allow us to use, edit and publish it on the website and in related promotion of the website. You keep any rights you already have in it. We may decline, edit or remove anything you send.
5. Business listings
A listing does not mean that we endorse, recommend or are partners with a business unless the page says so. Businesses are responsible for the information they provide.
6. Links to other websites
The website links to websites run by other people. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products, services or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.
7. Intellectual property
The website, its design, text, logos and layout belong to Emirates Amazing or its licensors and are protected by law. Names, logos and images of businesses belong to those businesses. You may share a link to a page and quote short extracts with credit and a link back. Anything beyond that needs our written permission.
8. Limits of responsibility
To the fullest extent the law allows, Emirates Amazing is not responsible for any loss or damage that results from using the website or relying on its information, including problems caused by third-party websites or businesses. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes to the website and these terms
We may change, pause or remove parts of the website at any time. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they were last changed. Using the website after a change means you accept the new terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the emirate where the courts have jurisdiction.
