This policy explains what personal information Emirates Amazing collects through emiratesamazing.com, why, and what choices you have.
1. What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), topic and message.
- Newsletter: your email address.
- Business forms and the AI Visibility Checker: the business details you type in, such as the business name, website, contact name, email and phone.
- AI Assistant and search: the questions you type, so that the search can answer you.
- Technical information: like most websites, our server receives your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. This is used to keep the website working and secure.
- Staff accounts: the team members who sign in to the admin area have a name, a login and a sign-in cookie.
We do not ask for payment card details on this website.
2. Why we use it
- to answer your message or request;
- to send you updates if you subscribed to the newsletter;
- to review and publish business listings and corrections;
- to run, protect and improve the website, including preventing spam and abuse;
- to meet legal duties.
3. Who sees it
Your information is seen by the Emirates Amazing team and by service providers who help us run the website, such as our hosting and email providers, under the rules that apply to them. Fonts on the website are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google when a page loads. We do not sell your personal information.
If a business listing or correction is published, the business details you chose to submit may appear publicly.
4. How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as we need it for the reasons above, or as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your information earlier (see section 6).
5. Security
We use sensible technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and backups. No website can promise perfect security, so please do not send sensitive details through our forms.
6. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can ask us to stop sending you the newsletter at any time. Write to hello@emiratesamazing.com and tell us which email address or details to look for. We may need to confirm your identity first. You also have the rights that applicable UAE data protection law gives you.

8. Children
The website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
9. Transfers outside the UAE
Some providers, such as Google Fonts, may process technical information outside the UAE. We aim to use providers that protect information appropriately.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest change.
