18 October is World Menopause Day. The International Menopause Society uses this annual day to raise awareness of menopause.

Our message is simple: share reliable information and make space for respectful conversations. When sharing an article or social post, keep its source and context clear. The International Menopause Society’s official World Menopause Day page is a starting point for its awareness resources.

This is an awareness page, not individual medical advice. It does not assess anyone’s health, recommend treatment or claim that a pictured person has a particular health condition.
