Looking for a different evening plan in Dubai? PLUMA is back at the circus tent at Dubai Festival City Mall, with aerial acrobatics and theatrical storytelling at the centre of its 2026 season.
The official Cirque du Liban event page lists the Dubai season as starting on 30 September 2026. This is an ongoing show to consider for your plans, rather than an opening announced for this weekend.
What is the show about?
PLUMA follows a girl who dreams of flying. According to What’s On, the story takes her into a fantastical world where she discovers new possibilities and grows in confidence. Acrobatics help carry that story, alongside costumes, projections and music.
Cirque du Liban describes a production combining aerial acts, balance performances, choreography and visual effects under a large circus tent. The organiser also highlights lighting, sound and interactive photo areas as part of the experience.
For visitors, the appeal is a live performance built around movement and spectacle. It offers a different kind of outing for a group choosing an evening activity, whether the starting point is a family plan or a shared interest in circus performance.
Where is it happening?
The organiser identifies the venue as the circus tent at Dubai Festival City Mall. Use that exact venue description when checking directions, rather than assuming the performance takes place inside a conventional theatre in the mall.
What to check before choosing a performance
Published previews and current ticket listings show different weekly performance schedules. For that reason, this update does not repeat a specific Friday start time or promise an end date for the season. Follow the current ticket link from Cirque du Liban’s official event page and check the selected performance before arranging transport.
Also confirm the current price, age-related admission conditions and availability for everyone in your group. Older previews can provide a useful introduction to the show, but the selected performance’s current information should guide your plans.
Save this as an evening-out idea, and send it to the friend who enjoys live spectacle. Emirates Amazing provides information; check admission directly through the organiser’s official channel.
