Mahboub: RTA’s AI service assistant in Dubai

Mahboub is Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority virtual assistant, enhanced with generative AI in 2024. It provides Arabic and English support through RTA’s website, smart applications and WhatsApp. RTA lists appointment booking and nol card top-up among the services supported by the assistant. Start with a question about the RTA service you need, then follow the official instructions for that specific service. It is useful when you know your task but are unsure where to start on RTA’s website. Check current requirements, charges and identity-verification steps before starting a transaction; an AI response does not replace the service conditions.
