S’hail: Dubai’s public transport journey planner

RTA’s S’hail helps residents and visitors plan journeys across Dubai’s Metro, tram, bus and marine transport network. Enter a starting point, destination and departure time to see suggested routes and connections. RTA describes real-time journey information and alerts about service changes, making the tool useful when combining different types of transport. The authority’s July 2026 update also highlights journey information on smartwatches. Journey-planning information is free; travel fares are separate. Check the current route, departure information and fare before setting out, and use the official RTA app page for download links.
